TWENTY TEN ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE TO TOPS PATENTToronto, Canada - Twenty-Ten is pleased to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has recently issued an important patent to Craig Kowalchuk, Twenty-Ten's lead technical partner. This patent covers the "TOPS" methodology which allows Twenty-Ten to link identified attitudinal segments to large data bases. "We are thrilled that the USPTO has recognized the uniqueness and originality of the TOPS approach" commented Mr. Kowalchuk. "Our methodology has been delivering superior results to our clients for over five years now, so it is especially gratifying to know that it is both successful and unique" Mr. Kowalchuk continued. All patent rights have been assigned to Twenty-Ten, which will continue to use the underlying technology to make marketing dollars work harder by identifying exactly the right prospects to talk to and selecting the appropriate messaging by prospect. In addition, Twenty-Ten is currently developing numerous additional technologies built on the TOPS methodology. Based on the issuance of the patent, Twenty-Ten plans to file for additional patents covering these expansions of the TOPS methodology. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Twenty-Ten identifies key attitudinal segments for its clients and then provides the technology to link these theoretical segments to large numbers of real consumers, who are reached through carefully targeted old and new media. |
